Well I was feeling a little teary eyed, and sad, very alone, so I decided to e-mail T....

I now regret it because I know she's very busy and won't reply as soon as I'd like....

I also know their is a chance she may not be able to...( we've dicussed this in session and I said I was fine with it...when I'm not really)...

I feel like a wreck I wish tuesday would hurry up and come on....

I miss T...I need her....

T.........

i can totally relate to your feelings right before you emailed your T, and i totally get regretting it because you feel like you set yourself up for disappointment if she doesn't answer... just out of curiosity, if you wanna say, what did you write in the email? did you say how you were feeling right then? did you ask her for something? (a phone call, earlier session, response..) just wondering, because when i feel that way i feel the need to have a reason to email my T, but usually it's just because i feel lonely.

Heya Thank you for the reply!!!

I wrote her mainly beacuse I felt lonely...and paranoid...

I had felt lonely and "numb" all day, I then began crying so I e-mailed her to help with that, I told her of my feelings, and what I had done yesterday...

This is going to sound silly but I fixed her printer last week after session ( she asked me to cause im a computer nut) After I left I kept worrying ...." i hope it still works , blah blah" so in the e-mail I asked her if it was ok....

Anyway..no reply yet but I messaged her late night..and its early morning so mabye later today....

Thanks
