I jave never shown anger to my T and then on my last session where he seemed to be pushing me to leave i reacted in anger and look where it got me. He used to sa it was safe to express all kinds of feelings but wuite obviously it not.

I've only met him 2x...I mean he isn't sleezy or anything. So I suppose I do but I'm not comfortable or trusting but that takes a long time for me usually.

I am wondering if my anger is actually for my regular T. t3 reminds me of him in some ways... so it's "Easy" for me to act out on him? Idk or maybe I'm just frustrated with life.... frustrated with my situation that I have a seemingly helpful t but can't see him for a while regularly because of insurance, no idea. I apparently hold in loads of anger though, I want to send him an angry email but I wont bother him anymore with emails or texts.

I feel bad for him, he doesn't deserve me acting like this either

Someone gave me a suggestion a while ago on a different forum when I was asking for ways to vent my rage without acting out. It sounds kind of goofy (ok, a lot goofy), but I've been meaning to give it a try. Maybe you would find it helpful, too. Basically, you use play doh to craft little figures and scenes that piss you off, then smash them. Something to that effect. I should go back and look, but the thread sort of devolved into a shitshow as sometimes happens on myptsd.com due to the community guidelines which allow members to act out against each other and pretend they are trying to be helpful. Not sure I want to look at it again since I am already in a bad mood.

I guess the Percocet took a lil time to start working. I've been able to get some real, even semi-comfortable rest today and h stayed home with me and we watched gold rush and stuff on tv and he waited on me all day, anything I needed/wanted. He is out doing 1 job right now which is fine, I just really need him at night when the pain is the worst.

My daughter has been upset all week because her favourite Homestuck character has died. She actually got sick.

I am always amazed at people who react like this. i suppose without these people comicons wouldnt be so popular. Now that is a weird phenomenon. I was only enlightened a couple of months ago that someone had expanded on the Star Trek Klingon and turned it into a language with grammar and everything else.

Nothing against these people Star Trek is still one of my favourite shows. I did nurse a pschotic man wjo thought he was James T Kirk and pissed all the other nurses off until i said that i would speak to Scotty in Engineering aka the kitchen and get the replicators fixed ie sort out his menu. He was quite amiable after this. except i had to keep calling the doctor Bones so the old guy wouldnt freak out

That recently happened in one of my soaps (YNR) where the person suddenly died, so they had the character die too. The tv memorial (for both, actually) is lasting like a whole week.

i used to called to the psych ward to work all the time because staff where busy trying to orientate peoeple to reality i understood sometimes you just want a person in authority to tell the birds to shut the **** up. i did not see the harm in this if it meant the patient calmed down took their meds and went to bed.
