I hate my brain. I got a call from the company that manages our short term disability today verifying my contact info, because an Examiner is supposed to call me about it tomorrow. My brain is now telling me that they are denying my claim and that's why they are gong to call. Ugh.

America's Test Kitchen has a gluten free cookbook. They rigorously test their recipes, so I tend to trust that their stuff is going to taste good. Might be a good resource for you, ATAT.

I took something to sleep and it’s kicking in. Thanks for the support, couch peeps. I should let my eyes close before the sleep supplements I just took over ride in my system.

I would be careful with the jam--if it goes wrong, it will gum up your machine big time. Plus, it's only "refrigerator jam" so really easy to make in the stove. I think I also saw somewhere about people using it to make yogurt which I suppose makes sense because the keep warm cycle would be a controlled environment. I did make the occasional quick bread (bp/bs) when I didn't have a working oven, and it came out fine. I think I used the cake setting.

I am actually joking about the jam. (Shhh. Una has her heart set on it.)

It's become pretty clear to me that he cannot discuss the future without coming unglued, even in a public place. My t suggested that asking his therapist (an experienced and respected couples and individual therapist) to mediate might be a good solution...second set of ears, someone he trusts. And my rational wise thinking brain said to my f***ing hell no self that it's probably the best chance to get through this peacefully.

Kids' dad agreed. The therapist agreed, but wants to meet with me alone first.

The drama never ends!!! We're trying to find a house. My sister is attacking my H through texts. And my tooth fell out today because I've been grinding them from all the stress. Why can't people/life give me a break for a bit. I'm hurting, hurting real bad.

My sister just went off on me. I was supposed to go to court with her today (Thursday). I canceled because I need to see a dentist for my tooth. She went crazy: calling me names, pointing out all the wrong I've done, telling me how bad I am as a sister and a daughter, putting down my husband, telling me, my dad, and my husband to **** off, and trying to make me choose between her and my husband. Oh, and that I'm messing up her getting her kids back. I'm distraught. I want to kill myself. I love my sister, but I also hate her right now. She's never really been a good sister to me. I want T. T would know what to say.
