So I've been e-mailing my T since last friday...( 3 times total, I stoppedon SUnday) then I called her...thinking she hated me...blah blah blah...anyway..she just e-mailed me a short message saying she couldnt type hardly because she hurt her arm she fel on ice...ZOMG...I feel like a jerk...I've got ALOT of explaining to do tomorrow in session don't I???????? PLease pray for me and T....pray for T's arm and for my ignorance....help me get out of this ignorance that is....BLAH....I FEEL SOOOOOOO HORRIBLE.............

It's okay, you could not know! And she did e-mail you which is good. You are still communicating between the two of you and that's what it is all about. T isn't angry and she did answer you so it's all good.

Moonkin, it's OK. Don't beat yourself up about it. I think it is a good opportunity for you to learn that when T doesn't answer your emails, it could be something totally unrelated to you (she is injured, out of town, busy with her family, etc.)

I am reading this little book right now called The Four Agreements, and it contains 4 agreements or principles for living one's life. One of them is don't take stuff personally. I find I do that way too often, and I see that in your misunderstanding about why T wasn't answering your emails--you were taking it personally and it had nothing to do with you. This little book is kind of pop psych/philosophy, and I don't agree with everything in it, but it has some good parts that I am learning from!
