Okay, you either need to get new shoes or a walking stick or new glasses! Or a new route?

They have nice wooden hiking poles on amazon. I always tell people mine keeps the wolves away - 4 and 2 legged kinds.

Yep the walking poles are pretty popular where i lIve.

At least I didn't break a hip. I'm not quite to that age yet. But hiking poles are a good idea. We were on a kinda rocky trail in Madera Canyon. Another hiker ran over and gave me bandaids and H had to lift me up I couldn't get up on my own.

Oh! You know, your gait has probably been off for a while, unconsciously favoring the mucocele pain. Hence the first fall, and now this one. Maybe see if you can get physical therapy. Even out your sides.

T has had to lift me up a few times. I think the shock from falling truly makes one weak in the knees.
