I will be, thanks! My knee landed on a rock so it hurts a bunch but it's not as painful as that recent post - surgery week was!

At least I didn't break a hip. I'm not quite to that age yet. But hiking poles are a good idea. We were on a kinda rocky trail in Madera Canyon. Another hiker ran over and gave me bandaids and H had to lift me up I couldn't get up on my own.

Oh! You know, your gait has probably been off for a while, unconsciously favoring the mucocele pain. Hence the first fall, and now this one. Maybe see if you can get physical therapy. Even out your sides.

T has had to lift me up a few times. I think the shock from falling truly makes one weak in the knees.
