For me it's as much about forgetfulness as avoiding scheduling conflicts. It's helpful to have that reminder that I have an appointment that I need to be aware of and not forget about. |

On my personal/private calendar, I put T’s name and office address (same for Pdoc and my GP). Since I usually leave work midday to see T or Pdoc, on my work calendar I block out the time period I expect to be away from my desk with an appointment marking me as busy. The event is called Meeting with no other details. My work calendar availability is visible to others at my company, and reminder pop up windows are visible to anyone in my cube, so I keep the details vague.
I have a company cell phone and travel for work. I do not contact my T using the work phone even if I’m out of the country (I do contact my family with that phone if I’m traveling internationally, to avoid roaming fees on my personal line). In those instances I use WhatsApp on my personal phone to stay in touch with T. |

Same here, especially if it's a different time or day than usual. He doesn't give appointment cards or send reminders, and I don't really trust my memory for that. |

At work, I just block out the time with a generic "Appt" so no one tries to schedule a meeting at that time. I think it just shows up as Busy unless I've specifically given someone access to my calendar.
I use Google calendar for my personal use and I just use his first and last name with his office address in the details so I can get an accurate drive time using Maps if I need to. I just discovered (no idea why I didn't realize this before) that you can create separate calendars that you can hide or show in your main calendar. This is useful for stuff you might want to track but either don't want cluttering up your main calendar view or don't want other people seeing if they're looking over your shoulder. I created one to track my period and another one with my trash pick-up schedule because I always forget which week is recycling. If I had a reason to not show my therapy schedule, like when I was in an abusive relationship and he didn't need to know my therapy schedule (because he harassed me about going to therapy), I would definitely create a Therapy calendar and hide it from view. |

Other. I use Mac calendars and I have repeating appointments stating "analysis" in my native language. I have several calendars, one for personal stuff, one for work-related appointments, one jointly with my H for family stuff, one for my study-related stuff (lectures, seminars). If I don't want anyone to see my personal stuff then I just switch the personal calendar off from view.
