Sent my therapist a long email asking for help and to reconsider doing Skype therapy with me. He asked me to call him this morning at 11.... I wonder what he has to say....

I'm in a two day slump and haven't actually been able to study. Which always accounts for why I need extra time with each exam. Most people from my group are actually done with exams and have been for a while.

I'm watching the 97 movie Payback.

Thanks for sharing @Lemoncake I have similar difficulty asking for things and often stole or went without because of it. T and I haven’t gotten there yet so when I read your post it was kind of a “oh S* we’re going to have to talk about that too????”

at least I know going into it I am not the only one.

I finally get to see T Monday, almost there. I have been excited this whole time because one of the pictures he showed me last session really stirred things up (in an OK way). Now I am getting scared and having all kinds of attachment stuff come up.
H and I have a meeting the 25th about getting my son placed somewhere. If the meeting goes well I may also have an opportunity to move up in my job.

I think everything has a time and a place. I've been with R for 2.7 years now- no way could I have mentioned this at the start. You'll get there when you get there.

Shame is a big thing for. Others talking about Erotic transference and being jealous of his family helped me- just to normalize it all .

My therapist said since he is just starting out, he is not licensed in my province yet and said that anytime I need, I can just call him up and it will be like friend to friend, he's not going to charge me. But he made me promise that I will have to go out and seek a mental health support team in my area because he thinks that I will not be able to cope if I do not receive acceptance to law school this fall. I'm hesitant about going back to therapy but he said he will try to help and I can still find another residency student like he was so I can get long-term therapy for free, covered by the government.
