I love these, thanks for posting! "Having fake therapy sessions with yourself where you are both the patient and the therapist" sounds like me a lot - maybe I should introduce texting myself?

I already email myself I set up a special email address that I use to keep me from emailing my t! Haha!

I figure if someone doesn't want to be contacted, they don't give out their contact info. If they give it out, then they are fair game. Particularly therapists.
