It will either make him a better pharmacist or he’s forgotten it already.

Or you have scarred him so badly that he will quit pharmacy work and become a therapist.

If that last happens, you will have a lot to answer for. You may even be condemned to share a toilet with una.

Me: Did you hit a vain? A nerve? What happened? You ruined my shirt (blood all over it)
Him: I think I may have hit something.
Me: So when you go to school to be a pharmacist some of your coursework includes learning how to give injections because the pharmacy offers them, correct?
Him: Yes.
Me: Okay well were you absent that day?
Him: I do apologize.

My whole arm hurts with pain radiating from my elbow up to my damn shoulder. Idiot.
I get a monthly injection at my pdoc's office from his nurse. Usually it's no problem but once a couple of months ago I did bleed - even though he injected just as he normally does. He, however, knows enough to know that he needs to have a band-aid ready just in case (though he admittedly only had to use it once)

I was called a bad @$$ at work yesterday by a co-worker, which in my field is a huge compliment. I told the co-worker that I wasn't, that I had cried my eyeliner off in my doc's office earlier in the day (she'll keep it confidential). She said "And yet you re-applied your eyeliner and came to work - you're even more bad @$$ than I thought"

She's one of my favorite co-workers.

I had my H take my son to Taekwondo tonight, only to realize it ended last week. *Face palm* I'm seriously slacking lately with my memory.

Oh, I stopped at a CVS to get a cold drink after my talk and I gave the cashier my rewards number. Of course the receipt is like yards long and he hands it to me and says with a straight face, "Just a few coupons."

Or maybe it was a few compared to other people...?

H is out on a job and he just called cuz they gave him a 2nd one, so now he won't be home til probably 1am. Another quiet evening me and the cats. I have written 2/3's of my exam now and I think I'll put it away and go to bed early, and watch some mindless tv til I fall asleep and probably talk to L in my head during commercials...

eek what the heck, it sounds like something just hit my back window. it's really windy outside. must go see what it was.

I don't know what it was, don't see anything out there. Maybe a night-bird crashed into the window and was only slightly dazed and flew off. I dunno.

Serious sour gummy bear question - I bought some of trader joe's because of the rave I have seen about them -but they are too soft and not nearly hard or chewy enough - if I just leave them out with the bag open - will that harden them up? Are there any gummy bear experts?

I'm getting a haircut tomorrow and I'm nervous that they'll mess it up. It's not a drastic cut, just mostly a trim and stacked bob plus trimming my undercut. But doesn't make me any less anxious.

Not an expert but if I leave sour keys out they tend to get harder so I assume it will work.

Yep this.

It's always done in set places, often inside the muscle but the angle you go in is important.

I am just back from a lifelong learners’ course I gave on Alexander the Great. Some guy asked me if I ever taught the Byzantine Empire. I said it was too byzantine for me.

He found this hilarious for some reason.
Oooo I love that!

I woke up to a surprise text from my T early this morning. It wasn't in relation to the text I sent earlier this week, but it was a kind text and made me feel better. I've been seriously freaking out over the relationship this week. She doesn't initiate texts very often so it means a lot when she does. I wasn't sure I could cope until my session in a few days but now thinking I can.

You've had a lot on your mind the past few weeks. It can easily happen to anyone.

I think that would work. Maybe you also could freeze them for a bit?

The hairdresser I went to was just him, but most of the others I looked at had three prices depending on their experience. Could you pay a bit extra to make sure you don't get a trainee?

I see T in 50-27 mins.

I'm already in a grumpy mood and think I should have cancelled.

He apologized. Apparently he had lost his phone and wasn't using the laptop at home during his week off being a tree hugger.
