I just spoke to my therapist, and she agreed that I no longer need therapy.

I'm happy to have healed so much, but I'm also sad. I'm going to miss her. She's a great therapist.

I just wanted a place to share my feelings, and I want to thank the nice people on this forum who have helped me get to this place.

Congratulations! Will you be able to return just for a tune-up session if you need one or two?

Ending therapy is sometimes the biggest step so best of luck from here onwards.

Thank you! Strangely, I feel....grown up? I think it's because I now have to be accountable for myself.

Congratulations. I'm glad you feel ready to discontinue therapy, but can resume if you need to. I've been in therapy for many years & sometimes wonder if I'm too needy. Your example gives me a fresh perspective.
