I know it’s been a rough few years for me and I notice that my posts are often skipped over. I feel alone. I would still like support from this board.

I am sorry for being difficult.

I also want to say that even though I am quiet a lot, I follow your stories on here all the time. I really care about all of you.

As far as I am concerned you are still welcome here. Some posts get more replies than others and there doesn’t seem to be much rhyme or reason. I think some times members are more “talkative” than others.

I'm with Omers, as far as I'm concerned you are welcome here. I know I for one read a lot of posts from all different people that I don't comment on just because I don't feel like I have anything useful to say. Maybe I could start having a little more confidence in myself and respond with a little note saying I care. I'm sorry if I've ever made you feel unwelcome by not responding.
Thanks for this!

I don't think it is a question of being welcome or not in a space like this. This is your space as much as it is anyone's. You don't need acceptance or approval from people here to be a part of this place.
Thanks for this!

I read your posts, Hope.
But alot of times Im at a loss for what to say. Im hesitant sometimes to offer a comment that I mean to be positive and helpful but that you might find hurtful.

I always wish you the best.
You've had a difficult path.
Hang in there!
Thanks for this!

I know that feeling, and it feels hurtful. And confusing. I will tell you what I tell myself, though...it's not personal.

Your posts always get a tremendous amount of support.

However, oftentimes, you don't like what some say to you - even though the intent is to help. You then get angry and leave, claiming nobody wants you to post here.
Thanks for this!

... Which is an understandable reaction for someone who is experiencing shame.

I emailed the office about how I felt invalidated.

The other problem that I’m having is that my T is beginning to yawn almost every session.

I’m trying to be patient but should I say anything?

People yawn. It's not about you. My therapist yawns without trying to hide it and I just choose not to take it personally. But if it bothers you, bring it up.
Thanks for this!

It really isn’t a huge deal. He works 12 hours a day 5 days a week so I know he has to be tired.

People do yawn, it usually is because they are tired. I do read your posts here and respond if I have anything to add. (Hugs)
