Had a hard therapy session today. Dealing with childhood trauma and dissociative identity disorder.

Similar, but last week. I don't have DID, but I occasionally have depersonalization periods, especially when I am very anxious. Do something nice for yourself.

It's hard to know what's nice for us sometimes but hope you are OK too. I'm OK today.
