I saw this attachment in my twitter feed last night (it’s based on the walls of ancient Constantinople). It spoke to me.

I figure my therapist is maybe between the low wall and the outer wall, though some days she’s on the other side of the moat, others she’s swimming in the moat with the sharks (not pictured).

honestly, the more therapists I've had, the further away they seem to get from me

first one: great, really understanding

current one: complete oppositte, even been asked by her a few times what bipolar is.

Depends on which me is present - some days she inner wall and somedays other side of the moat... those less and less of those days. Maybe she's even made it to the low wall with that part. Most days I'd say she was somewhere between outer and inner wall.
