Hello, 1st I want to say I hope this is the right section.

So lately I've had a little more hope that getting help can still possibly make a difference, but I just don't know what that kind of help is/would be, so I'm looking to get some ideas and suggestions on possible alternatives to inpatient hospitalization and just seeing a therapist a couple times a week.

Neither of these things really make much, if any difference or improvement; hospitalization helps nothing and arguably only makes things worse if anything, and I need something a bit more than just having 1 or 2 hour long sessions a week with a therapist, which is why I'm hoping to find out some possible alternatives, as these can't be the only 2 options available...

I've been thinking something along the lines of at least having more time than just a couple hours a week to talk to some type of professional, as I just feel like having someone (preferably a professional) to extract and discuss all the things that have been building up in my head the past couple years is at least one thing that would really help make a difference.
