Katherine Hepburn versus Grace Kelly is a tie for me. But the Phil Story supporting cast was miles above High Soc. Cary Grant over Bing Crosby any day.

Of course Audrey Hepburn over Julia Ormond.

Me either! About season 3. I was going "Huh?!" too much. I just started season 4 yesterday; the jury is still out on this one (for me anyway).

Well despite my initial desire to not leave my couch during my staycation, the weather is just so gorgeous here right now that I decided today I'm going to the desert museum. It's kinda like a cross between a zoo and a nature preserve/botanical garden kind of thing. There are indoor exhibits but I think most of those are closed cuz of covid. Much of it is outside anyway, and masks/social distancing and reservations are all required (they have a reduced capacity too). lots of trails so it's like a place to hike too, and the exhibits are worked into the natural environment of the desert. I love it there but haven't gone in a long time. I'm taking my camera of course and will post pics when I return; heading out now. Have a good day, couchies.

Ugh. Not sure if I should see if T has anything for this week. (Saturday is when she sees clients.) I'm kind of crises-y. But I don't know if I want to reach out for help or just crash and burn and get it over with. I feel like that's coming. Maybe should just not stand in the way of it. But I don't want to be hospitalized so I am debating contacting T. Ugh. I hate this.

Why not find a therapist who's available more than one day a week, Kit? You definitely need more availability than that given you often find yourself in crisis.

Yeah. I don't know why not. I mean, I don't have a good answer. It's been a while since I looked around for anyone else. She takes my insurance. Where as almost everyone else in the area is cash only, including former T. Some will do sliding scale but someone who takes my insurance is nice being that I do cash pay for my psychiatrist. And if anything she'll do a phone session during the week if she can't do an in person session on Saturday. She doesn't do video.

That was serendipitous. T texted me saying something like, "Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday." I was like um, we are scheduled for the following Saturday but if you have an availability on this Saturday, can I have it? So long story short, I get my regular time this Saturday with T. I guess I can make it a couple of days until I see her without crashing and burning.

I'm glad you'll be able to see your T Saturday, Kit. I hope you can be OK until then.

I agree that it would be good to look for a T with more availability.

Ok here's some of my pics from my outing today. I'm so glad I went, I got some great pics and it was lovely being out in the desert! The bighorn sheep was so cute with his eyes closed like he was just soaking up the sun!
