I had a couple of friends and my person who all saw a cranial sacral therapist and they often talked about how they would become overwhelmed with emotion while being cranial sacralized and would sob throughout the appointment. I went a few times and found it somewhat relaxing but everytime the woowoo person would come in, recoil, and tell me to tell myself that she was a friendly person so that my aura would let her in. It seems my aura was putting up a somewhat large fence to repel invaders. In reality - I have no idea what the cran/sac person was going on about but I would pretend to tell myself such and eventually she would get closer and wave her hands around. I found it reasonably relaxing (lying on a table with a buffalo rug on me and woowoo music and incense) but not an emotional experience like my person and friends described.

My therapist is an idiot. A tale as old as time.

Thanks, Artie. I think maybe the "bye" was also difficult because, eons ago, prepandemic, we'd shake hands to part ways. So this was just sort of stand up from the table and "OK, bye now." Also, knowing he was going back up to his office, where I wasn't allowed to be. |

I need to let go of this email confusion until Thursday. I have to believe that she was trying to help me be OK, rather than that she truly didn't understand what I was talking about.

What was your concern re: the shorts? Is there some backstory I'm not remembering? |

Yeah... I get that. I am very grateful to be seeing L in person again in her office (have been for awhile now, I imagine since she works at home she doesn't have to follow as many rules like in an office building where there's more people) but I so miss our hugs at the door as I'm leaving. Sometimes one of us remembers to do "air hugs" (standing 6 feet apart or whatever we both open our arms and wiggle our fingers and say "air hugs". It's stupid but kinda comforting all the same) but we don't always remember. |

Daniel Craig and Gerard Butler - two different people.
Both in a Lara Croft Tomb Raider. Daniel craig 007. Gerard butler - not 007, but in a 007, with pierce brosnan. -- watching law abiding citizen with GB and tryin to figure out why i thought they were the same guy Last edited by unaluna; Jun 14, 2021 at 05:24 PM.. |

Somehow i have fallen down the rabbithole of videos of people who sculpt dragons. It is weird to hear the words realistic and natural applied to a mythical creature.

Anyway, listen up lesbians and women who envy lesbians: I am watching a documentary of Martina Navratilova getting married!

She's crying. I have noticed that many women cry at their weddings. Seems like a clue to me.
