So now that I have found a therapist that I can stand I don’t feel like I need therapy anymore. A lot of my problems were from my old job. Now that I am out of that toxic environment and on a good med combination I feel good. Therapy is kind of feeling like a pain where before it was a life line. I hope I can stay on this combo but in 9 months my discount on my one med jumps up to $200+ and I will have to change. But I will have to worry about that later.
Anyways I am thinking maybe I should see the therapist monthly to stay on her books in case things change. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Those seem like positive developments, so congrats! In terms of staying on monthly, my T has said before that he has one or two clients that he used to see more frequently that he now sees monthly for what they call a "tune-up." Seems like a good idea to try monthly, see how that feels.

Had my session today. We decided on every 4 weeks for sessions. I also have the option of earlier sessions if needed. Only problem will be trying to remember what to talk about with such a large gap. But we have decided these session will mostly be check ins unless I have something else to talk about.

Maybe try to keep some notes in between sessions? But then look over the notes before session, as what may have seemed important in week 2 might not be so important by the time session happens. Actually, that could be a good thing to realize, how something can fade in importance.
