I talked with my trauma therapist today and she is no longer going to be working at the clinic. We are doing sessions at a office that she is able to use.
I away I am so glad that she will be able to work with me without any pressure from the clinic or the stress that she is gone for months at a time I talked allot today with her about the anxieties with the new therapist. Knowing that she is not going to be comming back to the clinic I feel like it's time to move on even though day program and cooking class have been a major part of my life. I also told her since my husband has gotten sick and is waiting to have surgery most of my time is looking after him plus looking after myself. This takes allot of my time. I still have my therapist and have supports online and in the real world. I don't think I would be doing this well a couple years ago. |
