You could do it too.

Or take Collagen powder or pills.

My poems this week have been going all over the place emotionally. I haven't shared many yet on the private facebook group I'm in but the ones I've shared have gotten some good comments; especially one that I thought might be too personal to share there, but with one of the comments, I realized that some feelings/emotions really are quite universal. That was cool. I am so enjoying writing and reading poetry every day. I'm most myself when reading, writing, and/or talking about poetry. So grateful that I stumbled upon this current challenge!

you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows

Dylan is very good at that!

Maybe cut up poetry is something you could play with, Artie?

Find some magazines, cut them up and make poems with the words you discover.

Thats a good idea!

Also compose some threatening messages for the next time you get mad at the h.

I made a pretend ransom-note / getwell card for my t-pdoc "from" his cat, cutting up letters from the newpaper. It was very creative fun!

Possible trigger:

Ha I totally could do that; even if he saw it, wouldn't matter cuz he never understands my poetry anyway! I've been writing every day and am really getting into a groove with it, been sharing every couple days on our Facebook group and have gotten some really helpful constructive feedback.

That's brilliant, Una!

Peak cat logic too - 'You left me for an unspecified period of time, so I will now befoul your sleeping quarters.'

Speaking of cats. Penny's adjusting well to being the only cat, she's gotten a bit more lovey-dovey actually. Still not a lap cat by any means, but if she wants someone to rub her head, she's very demanding about it haha.

Going for that Guinness record of the world’s oldest by metabolic age, eh?

So I just got an email from ex-husband, who of course needs me to sign something that he was supposed to deal with at the time of the divorce, 6+ years ago.

Now, I have his emails filtered so they go right to the trash. I only saw it by accident—deleted an email by mistake and had to go into the trash to retrieve it.

i'm rather fed up with h again. what's new, right? we have this stupid trailer as a rental property and it needs new windows, he's been dragging his feet replacing them, now he's finally got it all set up to be done and at the last minute decides the contractor is charging him $75 more than he thinks he should have to pay so now he's trying to figure out how to buy the windows himself first. i told him he needs to just freakin' let it go and get it DONE because they've needed replacing since we bought the stupid thing, damn the $75, that's his penalty for waiting so long. i told him to stop asking my opinion of things when he NEVER likes what my opinion is. He's such a ****ing cheapskate. $75 is nothing in the grand scheme of things especially considering it should have been done already.

I'm sorry, Artie. That really sucks.

I hope he comes to his senses soon.
