The entire mental health field is built on LIES!

People are fking individuals! Of course people have different thought processes, behaviors, emmotions, etc. Saying "you need me because you're fked up in a way some people don't appreciate" is self-serving and harmful. Everybody has struggles, just some fit in better with the flow of society.

I just had this realization. My diagnoses are BULLSHYT that they labelled with just because I'm openly intense--or not when I'm more on the numb side of things, and both are totally normal that everyone has, but doesn't fking go to therapy for because they know the lies just like I know now.

People have thoughts and feelings and moods and whatever else. That's why there's so much good music, art, writing, architecture, photography, comedy, movies and shows, dancing, competition, and whatever else people can use their less pleasant shyt for.

I'm going to therapy today, but no fking way am I making another appointment. I'm going to cook this huge-*** meal no one's ever had before that may be the best thing food has seen and I'm going to take it to an AMC hut, and I'm going to write poetry for each guest because if they're going to book a hut like 8 months in advance and pay $75 for a bed with a million other people and some food they might as well get a good rhyme out of the experience. Dumbasses. Should've just got a tent.
