She switched from Zoom to MS Teams at some point due to insurmountable issues.

Of course it was Teams when I couldn't see her.

We tried that at the time. There's no room to troubleshoot in the space of an hour's therapy session. We ended up having to carry on regardless...which is probably going to be the guiding principle this time too. If I could be sure that nothing was going to interrupt this, I'd be happier. When R and I are in the same space, there are no technical difficulties.
