ok guys, i am counting on you. T seems to think having online support like this is helpful right now.
as some or most of you know, my H is due to arrive tomorrow. Most of you know what that means for me. i think he will not be directly or openly abusive.. but i have to withstand the fear i developed from before.. i have to try to keep *me* being with H is a step into a parrallel universe... i become someone else.. and i don't know how not to. i cant even relate the experience of one universe to the other. i cant prepare for an experience i cant relate to until i am there. everyone is worried.. even T.. he says maybe shooting for status quo might be best until i can get stronger in any event.. i am asking.. no begging.. all of you to help me through this. Be here, talk to me, help me stay focussed. i need affirmations, mantras, good vibes.. *anything* which sends a positive message... even a hug. i am likely going to have to check PC from school instead of home.. so i am counting on you guys just giving me some little thing to boost me each day.... please? seriously.. anything.. a limmerick.. i have to keep afloat between now and tuesday |

You can do this Mz. It's not going to be easy for sure. Do what you can to keep grounded and remember, you are not the same person you were when you were together before. You ARE stronger and you CAN do this. Self talk, self talk, self talk.
Draw, paint, sculpt, doodle, watch a tv program that makes you laugh. It's your home and he is a guest (no matter the circumstances, it's still your home) . You can do this. We're here to support you. ((((((((((((Mz))))))))))))))

Yes Jels, you are brave! And I know it totally sucks right now, but you will get through this, and you'll be better for it. We're all rooting you on.

you guys have become so very special to me.. *weepy
thank you.. i mean it.. for the hugs, the laughs and smiles... just dont let go.. i have to make it to tuesday T did the most incredible thing.. after all our wrangling about him "being there" today he called me.. without me calling him first. After my appt yesterday i stopped him in the waiting room and asked if i could call in the later part of the afternoon today... before i go to the airport. He said that was ok. But i didn't get a chance to. He called me. An appt had cancelled due to the weather and he thought to call me. He remembered. He actually thought about me and how bad things were. It made me want to cry... so warm and fuzzy. i told him how meaningful that was. we had quite a long conversation and he was so very supportive. i feel so surrounded by good vibes |

...1st, did you see that a beagle won Best Of Show for the 1st time at Westminster?!!! I thought of you right away. I was so happy & excited. This is the 1st beagle to pull it off.   Anyway, I'm just now getting ready to power off my laptop "buddy" and wanted to send love and positive good thoughts your direction. You have a ot of caring souls here and TONS of support. You can do this. You are courageous. Think of what you have done since your H left, you have stood alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have created a wonderful art show on your own!!!! You have made a lot of friends on PC on your own!!!!! He cannot define who you are. You are doing it yourself. Keep yourself busy all week. Stay at work longer. Go out with friends more often. Know that we are here to help you through. Love You Fluffy!!!!! |

Mzjellofluff, this is someone that you have not heard from in a time. I just wanted to support you in this stressful time and tell you that you can do this.
