Today I met with a new T after being rejected by the last one. I was so nervous I could barely focus. I don't even remember what I said and wonder if the T even understood me.

T seemed nice and invited me back, but how do you know if it's RIGHT ??

Riptide, you may not be comfortable with my solution for that but I give my T permission to give a simple "good session/ bad session" remark to my Social Worker and she also writes it down in a "progress" journal for me.

Don't know if that helps any?

I was so nervous
