I saw a new T today and I know it's VERY early days but I feel more hopeful than I've ever felt now. She discounted a lot of stuff my doc has been saying, used simple drawings to explain things that my doc didn't explain for one reason or another, and she's the only proffessional who's asked me in ADVANCE about triggers etc. She even gave me lots of alternative grounding ideas as the few my doc suggested have never worked. Sounds hopeful, huh? happy about new T...

That does sound good, especially asking you about triggers and stuff in advance so while she's getting to know you she doesn't hit too many.

My mind would have gone blank for sure and I wouldn't have been able to think of many, LOL.
