My T and I have begun making a timeline of my life. She says that this exercise will help fill in the gaps, the missing puzzle pieces of what childhood and past events led to my problematic conditions today. After the first day, I remembered things that had been repressed, thankfully happy, but this specific way of thinking is blowing away the fog. Creating a Timeline

I have a PTSD workbook I'm trying to work through that asks for a trauma timeline. I am too foggy to even begin to try to order them in chronological order. Creating a Timeline
