Make sure you bring it up the next time you are in therapy. I'm sure it was just an accident. Sometimes when we go on vacation we loose all track of time.......and responsibility.

i finally called tonight. "just to touch bases" is what came out of my mouth told her everything was fine - i'm fine... it's fine that she can't get any email and therefore hasn't gotten any of mine... fine fine fine.... and then promptly binged on everything in arm's reach. guess i'm not really all that fine.

last night after that I was totally manic....
then couldn't sleep at all. t said to call if i get into a bad place, but i couldn't.... i already felt like i was imposing.
today i am just exhausted.

Just call her. My T always says it's better to call than to keep ruminating. I'll bet your T feels the same. I know it's difficult, I hate calling my T also. I'll bet it will make you feel better. You deserve to feel better. Take care.

Kiya, so you called her but didn't mention that she had missed your phone appointment? I wish she would call you! Two days is long enough. (This so reminds me of my T--I know, it's so hard to have them just blow off the phone arrangement.)

yeah- i called but didn't fel really connected - like i shouldn't have called. am in another downward spiral. things were going so well for a while.
but t asked me to go to yoga = yoga triggered the littles = littles binged on chocolate = chocolate causes severe mood swings = more parts taking control = manic and unsafe behavior.... so now i feel really out of control and close to SIing and i have concerts all this weekend starting tonight.
