I go to see the Pdoc this afternoon, how honest should I be with her, I am still SIing and not doing well, should I write down all of the things that are going on with me. I always end up crying and not being able to tell her what is going on. I am getting nervous, what if she recommends going back into the hospital, I have been there twice in the last month and I can not go back. I hate it. Confused, worried and trying to keep it all together.

honesty is the quickest way to healing. write down everything you can, including that you don't want to be in the hospital and need other interventions.

Yes, write it down if you sometimes can't open up. I did this and it really really helped my pdoc figure out just what's going on. I also have trouble talking about things, slight social anxiety / shyness.

You'll be okay. Be honest and let your pdoc know exactly how bad you're doing. They are there to help you.
