Wow. I had the perfect therapy session today. I was completely honest and vulnerable and told T all of the painful feelings I've been having in the room with him, and all of the things that I need, or wish I could have. It was so scary, and I felt so small.

And in return, T gave me everything I asked for, and way, way more. I left feeling loved and cherished and valued, with the knowledge that he will be there for me for as long as I need him. He said and did all the right things.

I feel so lucky and grateful and had to share....sometimes it's worth it to take the big risks in therapy, even when it feels almost too scary to do.

Wishing for love and healing for all of us! perfect therapy session
