... and I'm wondering how to do this anymore.

I'd like to see him as a "life coach" and ask 'HOW THE HELL DO I GET MY LIFE IN ORDER"?

This is so stupid.. I had a whole post describing what's what and when it posted, it was gone.... what is it with me! NOTHING goes right!!~!!!!

((((((((((((((((((((((( Ltr2Hermione ))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Sometimes all we can do is just show up and see what happens. We don't need to know "how to do it" - we just need to get ourselves there and allow ourselves to ask for help.

I hope your appointment goes well. T in 45 minutes... *sigh* T in 45 minutes... *sigh* T in 45 minutes... *sigh*

Thank you, sweetie...

To be honest.. it was a complete waste of time... all I keep hearing is what a rotten person I am and how I'm not doing/trying.. blah blah.

I just REALLY don't want to do "this" anymore.. .whatever "this" is at any particular moment... I just don't want to do it anymore.

Ever feel like you can't get ahead? I take one step forward and 5 steps back..

I'm just so tired of being "afraid" of everything and worrying about everything.. I just want to DO something about EVERYTHING.... I just don't know where to start...

Oh... sorry.... no one needs my bs on top of everything they are going through... I'm REALLY sorry.

T in 45 minutes... *sigh* I think you said some really great things here, Ltr2Hermione---- there isn't anything to be sorry about. It's healthy to express your feelings.

You start to change things by picking one thing you need to fix, and work on it one project at a time. Don't start another project until the one you are working on is finished. Projects can be anything in life, personal habits, thoughts, behaviors, whatever.

Be gentle on yourself---I'm sure the quagmire you are in did not become one overnight, so do not set unrealistic standards for yourself.

T in 45 minutes... *sigh*
