Sometimes we can wind ourselves up so much that we end up doing nothing at all, and then we stay stuck. Things can't carry on as they are, can they?
I supportively say, Go to therapy! ![]()

I agree not 100% but 1000%. Listen to the intelligent, logical, thinking part of you that says you need to go to heal the emotional, feeling, hurt part of you. It will help you heal and get to that safe place you dream of.

Of course it is hard to go. But you deserve compassion, you deserve someone to listen to you and to help you. I hope you decide to go. Give yourself that gift. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
