my t said my inssurance will only pay for 5 visits a year
i called them and they said this is incorect
this is not the first time it has happned to me ive been told there is no hope for me ,they caint help me and a multiple of other things guess im on my own to walk

So it sounds like your insurance told you they would pay but told your therapist they would not pay? I can understand why this would be upsetting. You need to get the straight story on your insurance coverage. Can you call insurance again and ask for a written copy of their mental health coverage? I can access mine online, maybe you can too. Then you can show this to your therapist so you both are clear on what your benefit is.
