were pretty stressful. I'm kinda paranoid on posting about my sessions because i'm afraid the the therapist might be a member here or a visitor and will know who I am from what I post, I know that i'm being paranoid but i'm still afraid to.

I, too, highly doubt that your therapist would be checking you out or checkingup on you here.

At my 2nd session with my counselor, I gave her a copy of my Sanity Score because I couldn't really talk. I didn't think anything of it until later that day I realized my id here was on the paper. My counselor still has it I'm assuming. But, I also don't think she's been here, either. Otherwise, she'd know a ton of stuff I haven't been able to tell her.

Not only that, but I realized I was being paranoid thinking she'd be snooping around here. I believe she works full time. I think she has a kid (or more than one), and i think she's married. I don't think she'd be snooping around here on her time because she has to have her own life. And, even if she had time, I don't see why she'd go online while at work to snoop, either.

And, if I'm wrong and she has been snooping here, then maybe that shows she does need a life and is a bit off herself....
