Well, I need to go on the bus again .... I'm quite looking forward to it haha ... guess the phobia was a BIG problem that now doesn't seem quite as big ....... how sad is that looking forward to a bus journey LOL ......

Just goes to show that FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY works ..... for me anyway.

I remember when I was afraid of city busses then took a train (had never been on a train) up to New York City, about 4 hr. ride, and spent the night alone in New York! Well, let me tell you, when I got back to Washington, I had no problem with busses, LOL! It was relative; I'd survived alone in a strange city overnight so could do busses in "my" city, no problem.

Maybe that will give you time to practice driving to Nottingham? I use to to that too; take off time from work to take busses to new places so I'd be familiar with what it was like when I had to do it for real.
