thanks guys I did go but I got there late she didn't seem to mind though. but I kinda wish that I didn't go. therapy is very stressful.

Yes it is sometimes! But overall, sometimes it's better to go when we don't want to. According to a friend of mine, if you don't want to do something that may be for your benefit... then you should do it because you're avoiding something.
