Hi,

I had a good day today. I got a lot done at work, and I had a good therapy appointment, even though I was nervous about it. I think what helped with that was, I wrote this week about something I had trouble talking about last week. Today I was able to talk about it fine during the session, even without looking at what I had written. I felt like that was a big step. Maybe I need to do more of that for now. It seems to have helped.
