I got stuck in a cycle of physical pain, flashback and body memories today. It was so bad, I gave up and called T. Bless her heart she was trying to call an agency to hire some office help and I dialed in at that exact moment. Trying to be accommodating I told her that she could call me when she was free but she insisted on talking right then.
Since this was new stuff coming up from the past it was difficult to talk about it on the phone but she was so gentle and firm. I got enough out that she could help me. The flashbacks stopped and the pain parts became easier to handle. She told me that I could call in for an emergency appointment if need be. At the end of the call she told me I should call her if I needed her.
I sure love her.

Dalila, I'm glad your T seemed to drop everything to help you in your time of need. That sounds really great.

That is great that you have such a responsive therapist. I cannot even get my therapist on the telephone. I have to go to her office and sit for at least 2 hours if I don't have an appointment and need to talk. That is great for you that your T was right there when you needed her. Take care.

It's wonderful that she was able to show you how much she values you and cares for your well-being. I'm glad you are feeling a bit better now.
