I miss T??? Just a little though. Not a lot. Yesterday was my make up session from last week and was my last appointment until the 7th of Jan...As much as I struggle going in there from week to week... I kind of like going and I like my T.

I dont think I like the fact that I miss her...even just a little. It kind of makes me want to run the other way before it goes any further...but just last night we were talking about not letting my fear, which we named "the child", control me or rather the adult me...

Anyways, I have several books to occupy my time and mind, plus netflix and a few good friends so I should be okay

Happy Holiday's Everyone!!!

The first time I discovered myself missing my T, it was very disturbing for me but I have found that this is a normal emotion that comes up in therapy. You have some good ideas on ways to help yourself during this break, remember you always have us here too.
