Has anyone ever sent a greeting card to their therapist and/or doctor? I'm thinking about sending a New Years card to my therapist as well as the nurse practitioner I see at my psychiatrist's office, since it's too late to do it for Christmas. I may make my own cards on my computer which is something I used to do a lot of but since the anxiety and depression took hold, I haven't done that in a long time, but I'm starting to feel somewhat better and thought about doing these cards. Any opinions? Thanks.

I've sent them to my health care team for years.
They are always appreciated...

Yes go for it! Why not? You'll feel good and have fun doing it.
