Was there a time limit on your therapy?

Can you just call her and tell her you want to come back to see her more?

Two years is a good amout of time to be with a T so your hurt right now seems quite understandable.

I hope you are able to get the comfort you are seeking.

(((((((((((((Mazer))))))))))))))))) I understand how hard it is. I felt that way after the therapy with my first T ended abruptly. I cried so much, it felt like a bad breakup. I remember crying for 24 hours straight. Like I had to get it out of my system. And I'm someone who is allergic to feelings. How come it ended? (if you want to share)

Sounds like you losted an important relationship. I think a lot of people would have trouble this that. Hope you can find something comparable to replace it with.

Mazer,

I can hear the pain in your message. My heart goes out to you. It's obvious that you and your t had a good relationship. It's no wonder that you're feeling grief at the loss of such an important relationship.

I'm glad she wrote to you. Can you let her know that you're finding it difficult to cope since termination? It's normal to feel hurt when a relationship ends. But if the grief won't relent and is overwhelming, it may be that you were not ready to terminate yet.

2 years is a long time so I can see why you'd miss her
Could you go back to see her a few more times?

There was a time limit of 2 years as its a charity for post natal depression as I had it and there is a long waiting list of other people waiting to see my ex T.Every time I read my T's letter I just cry,I feel so bad I had to go see my my GP who described it as feeling bereaved. She said this was really good ???? Do you think it would be ok to write back to T ?I miss her so much.
