Well I was being totally defiant and resistant in the beginning.
![]() ![]() Well after we got past my stubbornness and her apology about her email. We talked about the emails over the last couple days. She really didn't mean to tell me how to feel and I do believe her. Well we made a deal, the thing with me being on guard while my mom is still alive is in one section. Then the past is another that we are going to work on. She said she would help protect me in court if I ever need it. ![]() We talked about my terrible week and the bad thing that happened at my internship that triggered me. When I felt danger, I wanted to hide, just like I have since I was a child. She wants me to learn to do something else. I feel better, but I still feel kinda ambivalent for some reason. I am going to keep truckin on... She said she was glad I came in to see her today so we could work this out. She said it will help strengthen our relationship. As I was leaving, she said I did a worked hard today and I said , I need a drink! ![]() |

Flower, I am so glad that you two worked this out! Good work!
I wish you luck in working out the issue that is occurring in your internship. These are the best things for therapy. This is basically how I got better. I took incidents that I couldn't handle and worked on them. Incidents are full of issues to work on.........
