one of the hardest tools/skills to use in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT Treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder.) Suicide rates for Borderlines has slightly increased, and that scares me!

I found this, about regulating anger, the purpose this anger has, how to be simply aware..

(You could substitute a variety of emtions, here..)
