Phoenix,
Sounds like things are rough for you right now. Just hang in there, one day at a time. It will come before you know it. I know it's really difficult to hang on when things are so hard.
Sending you big safe hugs

7 days for me too, chica. we will get through it together .

and then 9 days till pdoc, so you will be in good hands next week.

do you think you could schedule things so that pdoc and T kind of balance out? e.g., i used to schedule T when i wasn't going to be seeing pdoc, so i always had a 'net' of sorts.
Thanks for this!

((phoenix))

Maybe writing a letter to T will help you get grounded. It works for me sometimes. Staying busy with holiday stuff might help too.

Here's hoping the next few days move swiftly by!
