iwent to a therapist - she said go sue the abuser
over and over- I don't want to- my life will be in further jeopard
then she said I was rude because of something I told her
then I went to make an appt she said-I am busy, Iam busy
but answered question- back to I am busy
I paid- and now I don't talk any more to her and she said
don't do that I am just busy but we don't have to finish
she has started this recently- It has done a job on my head

I'm not real clear on what has happened/is happening. Can you say more?
How long have you been seeing her?
What was she like before?
What is the reason she thinks you should sue your abuser?
Can you set up a regular appointment for the same time each session?

Maybe you could find someone who is not so busy?

My old T pushed me to report my former male T for abuse. I was not ready and should not have been pushed. what I'm saying is that you should make the decision to report and or sue your abuser. Not your therapist.

you have to do what you think is right - if you dont want to sue thisperson then dont - and it your T is too busy to see you - I think it may be time to find another T -

Wow, I would definitely confront your T with this behavior. Your T is not there to push you into things or rush you through your time!!!
