   wish I could   what to do? last appt with T on tuesday - so far away .. then over  - then what ? wont know till then feeling like

T didnt say when we spoke on the phone -
and I didnt ask    Will find out when I see her Tuesday its just taking forever to come.... Part of me wants it over....  and part of me is terrified.... and part of me just wants to run away

It really sucks that this is the last 1
The way I felt when my psychologist said we should take a break this has to be way more harder for you, well it is not it has to beTake Care

I am so sorry this is your last appointment, it must be very hard for you. i hope you get a recommendation for a new one so you can get the process started. Personally for me I think a break once and a while is good, it clears my head. Good luck!

It must be terribly difficult knowing this is the last session with her.
I hope things look up soon and you find another T...but allow yourself to grieve this. Think of the amazing ability you seem to have to be so entertaining when you're struggling with this. Full smilie usage...
