so I mentioned to my therapist about the 69.23$ she gets from my sessions versus the 150.00$ rate she should get

according to her my ins. co. (Anthem) actually is one of the better companies as as far as payment and so forth

so I asked her a simple idea:

why not skip the insurance company altogether..and I pay you 70 dollars cash?

she said she has that arrangement with many of her clients and it also saves her the 6% the billing company takes from her for keeping track of her accounts...

so Im gonna pay her cash out of my cookie jar and to hell with Anthem

I'm glad you got things sorted out! I pay $60 out of pocket for my T too... dealing with an insurance company is a huge pain!
