Wasn't expecting this. Feeling kind of ambushed by my own emotions.
I am moving out of state, and today was my last session with T. I have only been seeing her since July of last year. She's been very helpful, but I've never felt particularly attached to her -- I don't freak out when I can't see her, etc. (I have had a T I've been that dependent on, but not in a good while.) So I wasn't really expecting to be all tearful and stuff after saying goodbye. It feels kind of sucky. ![]() Blah. ![]() |

We don't know what causes grief sometimes, but maybe you'll just miss the routine and she's been useful - even if you aren't "attached" to her? Besides the fact that moving all in itself would cause anyone some pain and tears... Good luck with your move. ![]()
