Hang in there. The mental noise can be excruciating.

You always work so hard.
Try to do something nice for yourself, and take extra care of yourself, ok? Keep going..you're doing great.

Hi little Minime,

I think that it is great that you can recognize what you are feeling is "old stuff" - it took me just forever to realize that, just one time, but things changed after that....Knowing it gives you some power over it, you know? if I can put it that way.
wishing you peace ! here's a sweet hug for you

I sure know how THAT feels. I'm sorry you can't call EMDR T for some reassurance. It IS good that you know it's old stuff, but I know that doesn't magically make it feel better.

Lots of hugs for you

Good for you! I'm glad she called.

It is so hard sometimes to remember that thoughts are just thoughts, and that my thoughts are just my thoughts and not anyone else's; the only way to know another's thoughts is to ask if they will share that
Thanks for this!

Hopefully you can one day understand what is being triggered from the past so that it can stop happening. I am glad that you worked on it and called your T. Good Work!
