Since it's gestalt therapy, it's process based on a feeling level rather than content based....and the real work comes in when you're working on interpersonal relationships between yourself and the other members in the group. There's a blog that is updated each week after the session where each person gets feedback...and then people can comment on it. Well, I made a few comments...as did others...and my last post was on the 2nd saying something positive (for once!) that I felt about myself (how I handled the situation with my neighbors)....

Not a single person commented back. No kudos. No "you were an idiot". Nothing. And that irks me. Sure, it could mean that nobody read the blog since then....but I feel somewhat rejected because I got no support whatsoever. I'm not sure if I should bring this up during group tonight or am I just jumping to conclusions since I have no idea if anyone even went to the blog to read my comment.

I would suggest bringing it up because it is bothering you.
