Glad to see that you are making some progress. I, however, feel that I had been just dropped from radar with the VA. Keep calling for appts, and I just gave up since I keep being told that I should have one scheduled for PTSD groups with no appointment yet.

I've went to the VA but to me they really don't seem to care that much or else they just have too much of a work load and are overwhelmed.I'm an army veteran, but not a combat veteran and i've been diagnosed outside of the VA as having PTSD.The VA however gave me a severe depression rating.Even though i served in peace time I however did go through alot and see lots of maimed and disfigured soldiers. My car wreck injury was just as traumatic to me as it would be for someone to get hurt in combat i think. Not saying i'm an equal to thosed that deployed and served in a conflict.
So i guess i'll just have to live with it....Maybe i'm in the wrong forum? |
